We have an opportunity to take a look of "1 of 1 Mercedes 'Ponton' C63 AMG" is — a truly unique custom build that's grabbed attention. This is a one-off custom restomod crafted by the UK's Xtreem Motors, based in South London.

Looking at the transformation's process, they took the classic 1961 Mercedes-Benz Ponton body — a post-WWII 1950s/60s era Mercedes sedan — and combined it with the modern mechanicals of a Mercedes-AMG C63 (W204). The original Ponton body is married to the chassis, drivetrain and interior of a C63 AMG. Engine was the C63's 6.2 L M156 naturally aspirated V8. The interior comes directly from the AMG donor car — red Nappa leather sports seats, modern AMG controls, driving modes (Sport/Sport+), and air conditioning intact — but airbag systems were removed in favor of racing harnesses. The exterior, it's commonly finished in matte black or military-style paint with modern 20-inch+ wheels and sometimes LED lighting. "One-of-One" Status, this build isn't a factory model — it's unique. Only one has been made combining these specific elements, which is why it's referred to as "1 of 1" in videos and articles rather than any official Mercedes-sanctioned model.
