Ancient 1938 Indian Chief Motorcycle Turns Into a Masterpiece after Multi-Year Restoration Process
Here's just another heartwarming story of a strong relationship between a family and a special vehicle. Irv Byers's brother purchased the two-wheeler from a Rockford dealer in 1940 and this lovely motorcycle, a 1938 Indian Chief, is the part of this family since then. His brother rode this motorcycle happily till the late 50's then put it into a storage.
Luckily for the family, the brilliant son of Irv Byers, Al, was skilful and eager enough to revitalize his uncle's dusty treasure. "My uncle only allowed us to undertake the project with one stipulation: that it stay within the family," Al said, and it stays within the family. The video presented below shows how they restore this ancient beauty.
