The Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird is one of the most powerful and famous aircrafts ever built. It is a long-range high altitude, strategic reconnaissance aircraft owned and operated by the United States Air Force. Performed its first flight on 22 December 1964, the Blackbird retired in 1999 after serving for 35 years.
