Avro Vulcan XH558, dubbed the Spirit of Great Britain, is recognized to be the one and only airworthy jet-powered and delta-winged strategic nuclear bomber aircraft that is employed by the United Kingdom's aerial warfare force during the Cold War.

The Spirit of Great Britain made its very first flight in 1960, converted into a maritime recce aircraft in 1973, retired in 1984 and restarted its carrier in 2007. This stunningly impressive nuclear bomber aircraft performed a breath taking display at the 500ft Beachy Head white cliffs before being retired forever.
