That's a re-manufacturing process for tires that replace the tread on worn tires. This process is implicated mostly for airplanes, racing cars and delivery trucks.

The worn out tires also called as casings. The remolding process begins with thoroughly inspecting the casing to determine whether it's indeed salvageable.
