In this video, A man effortlessly lift a 19kg (42 lbs) wheel over his head one-handed while it's spinning at a few thousand RPM at the University of Sydney. This replicates an earlier experiment by Professor Eric Laithwaite. He claimed the wheel was 'light as a feather' and could not be explained by Newton's Laws.

When you make a flywheel rotate at a couple of thousands of rpm, then it will behave like a gyro, the rotating wheel will create a torque that will force the whole system to rotate and it won't fall to the ground instantly. This is why Derek Muller, from Veritasium, is able to lift the flywheel above his head while that wheel is rotating.
