Impractical, Crazy, Unique: Hubless Motorcycle with 300HP Rolls Royce Continental V6 Airplane Engine
With technology, the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes, particularly in industry, human beings have managed so many things varying from the very basic objects to the most complex inventions.
In today's video, we're checking out something brought into reality with high technology. It's a motorcycle, but not an ordinary one for sure! Designed and built by Tarso Marques, a Brazilian retired Formula One driver, this extraordinary motorcycle is named as TMC DUMONT. The name "Dupont" is a tribute to Brazil's national hero and a famous pioneer in aviation, Alberto Santos Dumont. Tarso Marques describes his own build as a "Hubless motorcycle with an airplane engine." It is equipped with a 300 hp Rolls-Royce Continental V6 engine from a 1960s aircraft and fully leaked 36 inch wheels.
