Do you remember the school bus that has taken you from home to school? The one that you have waited in the mornings to get in?

The yellow school buses, which is America's one of the most iconic vehicles, have a special place in our childhood memories. We guess most of you still remember the interior of these buses and your kids are still taking these buses to go to school. Although there are some slight differences, the general design and color of school buses are the same. In today's video, however, we're checking out one different school bus. This very interesting school bus is designed and built by a car enthusiast Jerry Bowers who wants to keep kids at school with his insanely customized hot rod school bus. This extraordinary machine, called as "The Shortcut High Bus" is the combination of the body of a 1947 Ford school bus which is also customized to fit a Cadillac Eldorado frame. It took Bowers five years to complete his crazy project and now he uses it to promote education. Along with his wife Brenda, he attends to charity events driving this gorgeous school bus and raise awareness about the significance of education.
