Rat City Rukkus? Ever heard something called like that? Rat City Rukkus is an annual car and bike event that gathers hundreds of enthusiasts all together once a year.

Each of these enthusiasts brings their own uniquely developed talents to organize and present one of the premier automotive shows of the year. All of them have been involved in the automotive and motorcycle culture for most of their lives and they embrace beginners, offering a chance to enjoy the country's coolest cars and motorcycles as well as to make new friends. In today's video, we're checking out a badass vehicle caught on camera during Rat City Rukkus 2018. Bradly Andrew Skornik proved himself on this build. It's a masterpiece apparently! It's no surprise that it won the Best of Show. What started out as a 1976 Ford F350 dually, turned into this badass Jeep rat rod: The Willys Flat Rat. The engine is a 460 (sporting a mild RV cam, a tunnel ram with two Holley 450's and hand fabricated aluminum valve covers) with a C-6 automatic transmission, that is linked to a 2005 Ford Superduty 1-ton single rear wheel 4x4 axle by a 14 inch-drive shaft that runs between the custom made bobber seats.
