As you can all imagine, salt water is not really good and highly-recommended for vehicles. When a vehicle is exposed to salt water, the water probably will enter the engine bay and this will create some unintended and annoying results. In such a situation, the sparking plug may stop the engine or the water may get stuck into the engine and consequently lead to hydraulic lock.
