The World's Biggest Helicopter Mil Mi-26 Lifts An Airliner
Known to be the biggest helicopter in the world, the Mil Mi-26 that is produced with the code "izdeliye 90" is a Soviet Russian heavy transport helicopter designed and manufactured for operational, military and civilian purposes.
This extreme aircraft is also titled as the largest and most powerful helicopter that has gone into mass production. Made its first flight in 1977, the Mil Mi-26 is designed to be able to lift up to 20 metric tons.
