How To Make a Remolded Tire
That's a re-manufacturing process for tires that replace the tread on worn tires. This process is implicated mostly for airplanes, racing cars and delivery trucks.
The worn out tires also called as casings. The remolding process begins with thoroughly inspecting the casing to determine whether it's indeed salvageable. Remolders consider its age, whether it has repairs. They examine the steel components to make sure that they're not rusted. If the casing passes the examination it moves on to the buffing machine. Buffing prepares the surface for a perfect rubber fit. A specific tool is used to shave off any imperfections. Remolding is a perfect process to save from both money and time.
