75 Austin Mini V8 roadster
This car has been completely restored and is now powered by a 4Lt rover v8 engine and 5 speed transmission. The carburettor is a four barrel Edelbrock 500 as is the inlet manifold. Crower 232 cam and stage 2 cylinder heads. Ignition is provided by Mallory. The cassis is made from 38mm CDS tubing. Fibre glass boot lid and bonnet. The car has a steel flip front to allow easy access to the engine. The differential is a Ford Sierra Cosworth LSD. The suspension is coil over shocks all round. Seats are black glass fibre buckets with 4 point harnesses. The car now has disk brakes all round with 4 pot callipers on the front and Ford Sierra callipers on the back. Due to the engine layout the radiator is in the rear of the vehicle. The wiring loom and all electrics are new. Wheels are alloy and are 15X8 all round. Weight is approximately 600Kg's.
